For more tolerance, respect and fairness in the workplace

Every person is unique and therefore in some way different from others. The purpose of the German General Equal Treatment Act is to protect people in their working lives from being unfairly discriminated against just because they are “different”. This can only be successful if everyone does their bit to ensure tolerant, discrimination-free relations between people in the workplace. This training supports you in this.

Who should attend

All managers can be trained on the subject of the General Equal Treatment Act and thus make a contribution to avoiding the serious consequences of disregard.

What you will learn

  • Your managers are aware of their own responsibility as well as their rights and obligations.
  • Using practical examples, your managers will learn how to prevent disadvantage in the workplace.
  • Your managers know what action to take in the event of a disadvantage.
  • Your managers know in which exceptional cases unequal treatment is permissible.
  • Your managers can protect themselves and their employees from disadvantages in the application phase, during working hours and in the event of a termination.
