Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) Implementation

This course is intended for SPM implementation specialists and administrators and demonstrates how to install and configure components of ServiceNow® Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) including Innovation Management, Demand Management, Resource Management, Project Management, Time Card Management, SPM Financials, Portfolio Planning Workspace, and Reporting. Admins, implementers, and users need to understand what SPM is, key processes, and how it functions within the ServiceNow Platform, including configuration. Consultants who want to pursue a formalized competency for SPM can choose to complete the certification exam. Upon successful passing of the exam, you will achieve a recognized Certified Implementation Specialist- SPM certification.

• Discover applications within SPM and determine the purpose of each
• Activate plugins and determine the tables, properties and roles associated with Strategic Portfolio Management 
• Configure Innovation Management, Demand Management, Resource Management, Project Management, Time Card Management, SPM Financials, Portfolio Planning Workspace, and Reporting
• Explore how the Release Management and Digital Portfolio Management applications work with SPM
