What you will learn
To train for:Giving positive feedback, to motivate the other person and improve their self-confidence.Giving constructive feedback that allows the other person to be aware of their assets/resources and make a request on one or two progress points.

This course is eligible for 0.25 PDUs according to the PMI Triangle.
