In addition to risk management and project control, a well thought-out and planned stakeholder management strategy is crucial for project success. Early identification, motivation and management of individuals, groups of people and organizations is vital. In this e-learning you will find out how to assess, and thus better manage, the influence that your stakeholders have on the course of a project.

Project leaders, managers and team members, partial project leaders, experts and management staff from the project environment, as well as project sponsors.
