This package combines e-learning videos based on the Configuring Aruba OS Switching Level 1 (previously Aruba Switching Fundamentals) Rev. 16.41 (ASF- COS-1) training material, and 2 days of self-directed lab access for students to practice the labs. Participants will be provided with a lab guide for the self-paced labs.

In this course, participants learn about ArubaOS switch technologies including: VLANs, secure access, redundancy technologies such as MSTP, link aggregation techniques including LACP, and switch virtualization with Aruba’s Virtual Switching work (VSF). You also learn about IP Routing including static and dynamic IP routing with OSPF. This course teaches you how to deploy Aruba wireless Access Points and configure Aruba Instant Access Point (IAP) Clustering technology. It also teaches you how to configure, manage and monitor the network with the Aruba AirWave management solution.

Prerequisites for this course include an understanding of networking fundamentals.

Upon purchase of this package, students will receive access to the e-learning modules, an electronic copy of the lab guide, as well as instructions on how to reserve lab equipment. 2 consecutive days of lab access is included with this package.

Students will have ongoing access to the course modules via their profile on the Aruba registration site (no end date). However, students will receive 180 days only to complete the applicable lab portion of the course.
